I lately I haven't worked out, that's because everyone at work keeps calling off. Plus my daughter became sick, but I just got done running and to get into this chest and ab workout.

So just got done with my push-ups and ab routine, no it's time to eat some breakfast and watch Saturday morning cartoons.

Once again the weather is horrible, but that didn't stop me from running my sprints. My back hurts, my legs are tight.

Today I did some ab workouts with the ab roller. The weather was horrible rainy and just wet, I tried running some hills with only ankle weights and I fell a couple times. Mother nature kicked my ass today, hopefully tomorrow it will be better. #TNDO

I forgot to take before pic, It's kind of hard to tell the difference from a camera when I'm taking the pic. But I woke up sore as hell this morning so I got right into my workout. And I did some jumping in the cold once again.

So after 20 minutes of working out, I feel sore. I'm super tired, it my not look like much in these pic, come on results don't happen overnight. Plus It's only day 2...

Pre workout, as you can see I lost a lot of muscle. That's what happens when you drink a lot of alcohol.
Today's workout consist of 3 X 10
Inner push-ups
Regular push-ups
Outer push-ups
Switch push-ups
And hand stand push-ups

<p>Long time no post, sorry I've been in school. I currently attend Penn State (Hazelton Campus). Just to update you on on my past, I played high school football, and later on tried out for PSU and made the team. Since my suspension I missed about a year of school plus I switched my major. So I'm to the point were I hate my ordinary life, so I'm going to work my way back into the team.
